Tomato gazpacho

For 4 persons

Preparation time : 10 min + 1 h

  • 300 g tomatos
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoonfuls of cherry vinegar
  • 50 g olive oil
  • Salt, Tabasco

Wash the vegetables with water.
Cut the tomatos into quaters and dice the pepper and cucumber roughly with their skins. Add the breadcrumbs, garlic, shallot, vinegar and season with salt.


Let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for one hour in a cocotte.
Blend in a blender, whip in the olive oil and season with salt and tabasco.


Serve chilled.
