
Steaks with shallots and mustard

For 2 persons

Cooking time : 10 min
- 2 beef steaks
- 3 shallots
- 20 cl dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons mustard with tarragon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Cook the chopped shallots in the dry white wine until the liquid has reduced by half then add the mustard.
Fry the steaks in the hot oil and coat with the sauce.
