Mackerel fillets on a bed of spinach

  • 8 Mackerel fillets
  • 4 streaks of bacon
  • Olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 400 g (14 oz) spinach
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Bread crumbs

Pour a few drops of olive oil into the HEXAGON sauté pan and add the garlic clove. Once the garlic starts sizzling, add
the spinach and gently fry; season accordingly. Place the mackerel fillets with the smoked bacon on top of the
spinach. Then sprinkle the breadcrumbs and the grated Parmesan cheese over the mackerel fillets. Cook in a moderately hot oven (200°C/400°F) for 20 minutes.
