Mustard is a gourmet color, which joins the range of 8 permanent Staub colors to make the kitchen look more cheerful and convivial. Drawing on unique color know-how, all Staub French ovens, round or oval, from 10 to 37 cm, are available in this new Mustard enamel.

With it’s black matte enameled interior and self-basting spikes, the Staub French oven will create the taste of excellence using an effective natural simmering system. The self basting system consisting of distributed spikes over the whole inside flat lid ensures a continues rainfall effect over the food inside the cocotte. The Staub self-basting system underneath the lid is 9 times more effective than conventional lids.
